The Wellness & Spa Event is part of Piscina & Wellness Barcelona 2015
Barcelona’s Piscina & Wellness show, held on 14 and 15 October, is hosting the second edition of the Wellness & Spa Event, a trade meeting that brings together international professionals and industry experts to reveal the latest trends and innovative solutions as well as business opportunities in the wellness sector.
The Wellness & Spa Event offers the expert views of 15 speakers along with activities to facilitate the sharing of information and knowledge, a mentoring service and a networking lunch. The trade fair area of the show will feature a replica of a wellness centre, occupying some 350sq m (3,767sq ft). This will provide a practical example of sustainable wellness from an economic, functional and environmental perspective.
This year, Piscina & Wellness Barcelona is promoting its connection with the wellbeing segment and taking advantage of the strength of the Spanish tourism industry – the third biggest in the world – to present to hotels, campsites, rural guesthouses, spa resorts and wellness centres a huge range of small- and medium-sized hydrotherapy pools, hydrothermal equipment, accessories and aquatic recreational facilities with which to upgrade their establishments and offer customers new experiences.
The show, organised by Fira de Barcelona, will also be presenting the latest innovations in residential swimming pools and aquatic facilities. More than 300 international exhibitors are expected to attend.
