ThinQFitness has been selected by the Department of Health to provide a series of online videos to help combat child obesity.
As part of the government's Change4Life campaign to "eat well, move more and live longer," the videos will encourage kids and families as a whole to get up and about.
A collection of free videos are already available online, with further videos to be added over the coming weeks, providing further information and advice on healthy eating and physical activity.
The partnership marks a further expansion of the ThinQFitness channel, which offers online interactive fitness content and 'one stop' gym resources.
This allows users to interact with workout presenters on sessions including fat loss, step, yoga, pilates, pre/post natal, and gym, holistic or dance.
The website can be viewed at www.thinqfitness.com
